I watched this last night and admittedly I was disappointed at first, but holy hell this movie will not leave my head. This is the kind of horror flick that slowly gets under your skin and it stays there. It's not perfect, but it's undoubtedly a nasty and unsettling little horror gem. 8/10. (I may sneak it up to a 9 upon further viewings.) Recommended for fans of Session 9 and Kill List. |

I caught this on Netflix a few weeks ago and had a similar reaction. It was a seriously odd blend of "found footage" (of sorts) and psychological horror.
The lead actress was seriously excellent and the only real gripe I have with it is how terrible the creature looked in the ending scene It was an interesting movie for sure. I was expecting more exposition and less suspense. Kind of surprised me! This is the director who did The Blair Witch Project. Probably a 7/10 for me.

I liked how it looked. That scene really took me by surprise and the design wasn't something I had seen before. If you look closely its head is shaped by two horse heads, similar to the symbol she discovers near the beginning (representing something demonic). Screenshot: http://postimage.org/image/gwnc4fail/ |

I was surprised, pleasantly, with Lovely Molly. Very Creepy.
I thought she was just going to walk off into the dark, when the beast appears I nearly fell off the couch! 7/10 |

I enjoyed it too much, I would say it's a movie, a little slow but intense with a good atmosphere. Besides the performances are fantastic which helps us to get into the skin of the character.
Another interesting detail is as the film plays with the audience to implement the doubt about certain details... What was the real trigger for the madness of Molly? |

Great acting from the lead actress.
The demon at the end was a total surprise, and the way her sister became entranced at the end was a great scene to make me realize she was always being possessed. Good atmosphere, nice surprises.. good flick.

Totally loved this movie! The main actress was awesome, as was the actress who played her sister. I thought the complicated relationship between Molly & the men in her life was really well done. Hard to watch sometimes, but really good.
