I hate it when the Heat don't give maximum effort night in and night out. I think the Heat lost some of their competetive fire after winning the championship last year.

Oh well, i guess a win's a win.

I think the Lakers will struggle once again tonight. It'll be close, but i see the Nuggets pulling out the win against LA.

Yeah, I think now that they got a ring they're not going to give 100% every game since I'm sure they think they have nothing to prove. Once the post-season rolls around I'm sure they'll start to spark. But hey, as long as they're winning...

I think I found somebody who hates the Lakers even more than I do. They could be playing Detroit and you would still think they would lose by 10. lol

They're up by 10 right now. Kobe, sooner or later, will get fed up with all the criticism and he'll start dropping bunkets. Just give it time.

It's funny cause it looked like Eric Spoelstra's head was about to pop like an irritated pimple lol. The Heat have nothing to prove, but they should always look to get better and expand their games. Hopefully this will not become a habit.

It shouldn't spawn a habit. I think LeBron wanted a ring to silence the fans and critics who gave him so much shit for not having one yet. Comparing him to Jordan, Kobe, etc...and now that he has it he's not trying as hard as he was because he's on top. But if he really wants to silence critics he should try for 3-5 rings in-a-row. lol And trust me, I think he could do it.

The Lakers looked unbeatable last night. Problem is can we stay consistent? If we can then LOL @ the rest of the league.

Lakers did look good, albeit against a struggling Nuggets team. I think the outcome would've been much different if it had been a more quality opponent. At this point the teams in the West that are better than the Lakers are: Grizzlies, Thunder, Spurs, Clippers and i'd even go as far as adding the Mavs to the list, especially when they get Dirk back.

I'm sorry Sarsoor, but unless the Lakers can grab a top 4 seed, i don't see them getting past the first round.
