Tentacle comes out satanists mouth for impregnation

Trying to find a movie that is about an Satanic cult that captures a woman and one of members tries to impregnate her. A snake looking penis comes out of his mouth (I think) and he has her tied with her legs spread open. In the beginning of the credits there is a story using shadows like old japanese stories.

This not a popular film. I think it's an 80's film and on the VHS cover depicts tombstones and skulls. It's been eating at me that I can not remember the name of this cheesy film. I haven't seen in almost 20 years.
