Batman VS Spiderman - BLOODY-DISGUSTING

A question pondered by man for decades... if Batman and Spiderman got in a fight, who would win? The question is a difficult one with many different answers and outcomes. Many people say Batman is just a rich man with a lot of toys (some how this makes him loose credibility) but Spiderman does also use gadgets. According to the comic book, the only powers Spiderman has are his "spidey-sense", strength and his agility, his web slingers are just gadgets he invented and strapped to his wrists. Batman is an expert fighter and trained extensively with masters of martial arts around the world but lacks super powers. This in a sense evens them out on the battle ground. So that brings us back to the question, who would win the fight?

My answer is undecided, please discuss.

Spider-Man

Spidey would sense everything he did coming and overpower him. Although if ever faced off in a crossover comic, their probably wouldn't be a winner.

But Spidey isn't a magical guru who can tell the future, he can only sense danger and attacks. So Batman could sneak a grenade full of knock-out gas out and put Spidey down.

Easily Batman. Batman could beat anybody including Superman, he's too intelligent to lose, thinks on his feet, is trained in different fighting styles, more so than any other big superhero, can have any kind of weapon or gadget at his disposal, and has badass ears.

Exactly, if Bats can take down Supes...then he wouldn't have a problem against Spidey...I'm sorry. Superman and that amazing hearing/vision of his can see things coming before they happen. Not to mention all his powers and what not...but Bats still found a way. Of course Superman has gotten the best of Batman too, so it's balanced. But Batman takes it easy.
