Synopsis...

When frightening events start to occur in their home, young couple Kelly (Ashley Greene) and Ben (Sebastian Stan) discover they are being haunted by a presence that was accidentally conjured during a university parapsychology experiment. The horrifying apparition feeds on their fear and torments them no matter where they try to run. Their last hope is an expert in the supernatural, Patrick (Tom Felton), but even with his help they may already be too late to save themselves from this terrifying force and death.

It looks like a greatest hits montage of the most popular movies from the naughties. I like what I see and hope they kept the shaky POV shots to a minimum.

I like the trailer, hopefully it doesn't turn out to be a turd like The Unborn, One Missed Call, etc..

Take "The Grudge", "The Ring", "Paranormal Activity", throw em in a blender and you get this fine smelling turd.

Yeah, it's safe to say i wont be paying my hard earned money to watch this shit.

lol I'm one of the few who don't mind spoilers. It was the numerous reviews that mentioned the film's excessive exposition of cardboard characters that turned me off. Hell, I don't even mind cardboard characters, as long as something resembling horror is delivered for the ENTIRE film.

Our first outing is Todd Lincoln's debut film, The Apparition. It stars Ashley Greene, Sebastian Stan, and Tom Folwer who you may remember as Alice Cullen from The Twilight Saga, Bucky from Captain America: The First Avenger, and Draco Falfoy from the Harry Potter films, respectively. So you could also call it Second Banana: The Movie. I wonder if bananas scream when you peel them? I bet those Bananas in Pajamas would... I'm going to go find out. In the meantime, enjoy the first episode of Friday Night Fright Flicks.
