Default Best of 2012.

Figured that we needed one of these for this year too.

If you listen to any new albums (2012 releases) just post/talk about 'em here.

Personally, these have been some of my highlights so far:

Meshuggah - Koloss
The Mars Volta - Noctourniquet
Crippled Black Phoenix - (Mankind) The Crafty Ape
Every Time I Die - Ex Lives
Lamb of God - Resolution
Mark Lanegan - Blues Funeral
Black Breath - Sentenced to Life

Other bands, who are releasing albums this year, that I'm HIGHLY anticipating:

Baroness
Cult of Luna
Gojira
Neurosis
Tomahawk
High on Fire
Alice in Chains
Rush
Queens of the Stone Age
Deftones
Soundgarden
Down

All my favorite bands are putting out new stuff this year. Fucking stoked!

Looking forward to the new Deftones album as well. Their last album Diamond Eyes was tops. Any word on when it'll be released this year yet?

I still have crap from last year that I have yet to listen to.

But new Swans, Converge, Saint Vitus, Burzum, Melvins, Candlemass, Tool, Neurosis, etc is always welcome.

Just bought Resolution and the new Odd Future, but haven't dove into them yet.

Keep hearing really great things about the new Meshuggah and Mars Volta, so I'll have to check that out.

Looking forward to:
Gojira
Tool
Converge
Neurosis
Baroness
Storm Corrosion (If you haven't heard about this, look it up)

Rumors that I'm not sure are true:
Dillinger Escape Plan
Deftones

I had that Teeel song on repeat quite a bit today. It's so good. Gotta hear the rest of that album now.
