Tickets for a game range from $70 - $120 each league wide. Beer at Ford Field is $8.75 for a 22oz. I am definitely one of the fans that would rather sit in my house, with my home theater booming the games on Sunday before I'd deal with the stress/cost/irritation of a live game. Beer is cheaper, bathrooms are closer (and no one can piss on my shoe, unless my friends are really hammered) and food is much better / more affordable.

Year after year, I'm shocked that these venues sell out as often as they do. I can't afford to go to more than a game or two a year, and I feel my household is doing fairly well. The cost is just impossible to justify, IMO.

Even with DirecTicket, which runs about $66 a month for five months....my cost is still substantially in my favor to stay home.

Absolutely, and especially with HD and all the camera work they have now. Cheap tickets, 70$, you are usually seated so far away from the action its even tougher to justify. The experience can definitely be fun, but consistently going is outrageous

I can't wait to see the metric fuck-ton of draft picks they haul in. Rumor continues to be that their asking price has shot up to 1, 2 and 3 this year and 1 next year.

Trouble is, I'm not at all sold on Bradford. Still too soon to tell what he'll be long term.

There continues to be talk of a Manning + Wayne package deal for whomever is (un)lucky enough to land him if he's healthy. I'm not sure that sweetens the deal all that much...

Oh, and we all knew this was coming.

This, but instead with the Dolphins. I'd love it if the Dolphins could somehow move up in the draft to pick RG3.

The Browns will most likely take RG3. The only way I can't see this happening is if Indy decides to take him instead of Luck which I doubt and as a Browns fan I really hope we trade this pick for more picks. Our team is shit. The way I see it is that we always screw qb's here. Stick with McCoy and build around him and let RG3 have a chance at a real career elsewhere.

I am sadden, he was my favorite player on the team.

Granted, the need to re-sign Wallace was a bigger deal then what Hines has done.
