Woman locked in cave - BLOODY-DISGUSTING

I think this one came on TV (may have been made for TV) a few times in the 80's. All I remember is one scene towards the end where the heroine gets shoved into a cave (I think it's underground) and locked in. I remember her stumbling around through a passageway, and I think she finally found a door, but it was locked and she had to keep looking for a way out. I would guess it was made in the 70's, and this has been bugging me for a while, so if you have any guesses, let's hear 'em.
