I dont know what game you were watching, but the Padres came back at the bottom of the 9th. Granted, I know the padres are in endless rebuilding mode, but they were only down by one run.

Crazy trade and great for the Blue Jays. The Marlins are a joke although now they'll probably win the world series again in 3 years. Been interesting to follow the Marlins players' tweets about the trade.

Indeed! But like you said The Marlins organization loves to dismantle but at the same time they have won 2 world series since starting in 93 that's pretty remarkable and that's from pretty much building the farm system.
