This movie is also know as Dara and not to be confused with Darah perawan bulan madu (2009) which is not the same movie.

Plot: Two newly weds Adjie and Astrid, along with 3 of their best friends decided to have an interstate road trip as a last attempt to reconcile Adjie with his estranged little sister Ladya. Their trip is however abruptly interrupted when they run into Maya, a strange girl out of nowhere, who wanders aimlessly into their path. "I've been robbed" is all she has to say. The friends unanimously decided to give her a ride to her isolated house by the end of the woods. Maya introduces Adjie and friends to her blue-blooded mother Dara, a woman of ageless enigma and few spoken words.

This looks really violent and Gory, as I really like gory movies, I think i will like this movie.

Yep, I couldn't agree with you more, man. Just an extremely cliche ridden Texas Chainsaw Massacre/Inside retread from beginning to end. It was very middle of the road. Very meh to me. I will say two things about it, though.

1. To all of those gore-hounds on these boards, this is the movie for you. It is absolutely bloody as hell.

2. I would like give kudos to whoever it was that played the mother, because her character was extremely unsettling. Her character, though, is almost an exact copy of Beatrice Dalle's performance in Inside, starting off eerily calm and ending up extremely psychotic.

Yes! I finally got to see this after a UK release, although it's not quite the masterpiece the trailer would suggest it's still hardcore horror fun! Full of thrills and spills. However has anyone else got the UK version and found the transfer incredibly blotchy with blacks appearing more greyish-blue? I found it really annoying and off-putting! Anyway, great film!
