I suppose I was just pointing out the different tastes and its the only really perfect trilogy I know, other than the Toy Story trilogy! I got a lot more enjoyment from Peter Jackson's King Kong than I did with the Fellowship

OK so i just watched "The Two Towers" last night and liked it much better than the Fellowship. The film's worth watching just for the incredible battle in the last hour alone! It's an amazing scale and you can't help but appreciate the amount of work and effort that has gone into creating it. However, I did feel that it dragged slightly in places again and some scenes could've been shortened. But it's running time is more justified than the Fellowship's as there's three stories to follow and all of them as engaging as the other! I shall look forward to the Return of the King now!

I got the extended editions on Blu Ray for Christmas and I refuse to watch them until I can watch them in full .. It'll be a very special/religious day for
me
