All this talk already of the Browns going for Marcus Mariota is giving me indigestion! Not because I don't want him on the team, but because it's so predictable. Granted, we do need a QB, but we have needed a QB since...1989. I will say that I do like what I am seeing from Mike Pettine. A lot of people gave him shit for the QB change towards the end of the season, but at least he had some balls to make a decision and stand by it.

I hope they get rid of Hoyer and Johnny. Both are not going to progress this team forward. I hate that Josh Gordon is throwing a promising career away. So much potential. I was really pulling for him.

With that said. I see the Browns most likely taking a step backward this season. Unless they find a good veteran QB or if they do somehow end up with Mariota, and he comes out the gate on fire. Which I highly doubt with no deep threat down the field. Hopefully the defence stays healthy. They're our only glimmer of hope of at least winning 4 or 5. It would be nice to see this team getting back on track. I miss the real rivalry against the Steelers, but they have owned for what it seems like an eternity.

Playoff predictions...

AFC

Division

Indianapolis - 12 - 4
Pittsburgh - 11- 5
New England - 10 - 6
Denver 10 - 6

Wildcards

Baltimore 10 - 6
Houston 10- 6

NFC

Green Bay 13- 3
Dallas 11 - 5
Seattle 10 - 6
New Orleans 10 - 6

Philadelphia 11 - 5
Detroit 10 - 6

I'm going to say Green Bay will win the NFC if Rogers stays healthy

I think the Colts are going to pull it all together and win the AFC.

The Colts win it all.

Other Predictions

- I think Tampa Bay pass on Winston.
- I think Peterson comes back, wins the rushing title and everyone forgives him.
- San Fran completely implodes and finishes last in the NFC West.
- The NFC South actually have 3 teams with winning records.
- Chicago finally cut Cutler and Marshall ends up elsewhere.
- The Jets end up with the worst record.

The Colts that got annihilated in the AFC title game?

The only thing stopping the Patriots from repeating is injuries. Even if half the team goes down they'll still make the playoffs. The defense is only going to get better and who knows what Bill is going to pull out of his hat this draft.

Anyway, here's how an asshole fan of the reigning Super Bowl Champions of the National Football League sees the rest of the peons around the league:

AFC

Indianapolis: It's going to be hilarious when the Colts are found out to have tampered with those footballs. Too which they will be justly rewarded with stupid fines and hopefully lots of people get fired.

Pittsburgh: They will win their division, but that's about it.

Baltimore: Screw these assholes.

Cincinnati: Andy Dalton.

Browns: Hope they pick better in the draft this year.

Denver: Manning's health is a ticking time bomb. They will miss the playoffs.

San Diego & Kansas City: Philip Rivers vs Alex Smith. Winner gets the playoff spot.

Raiders:

Houston: Always a contender for post season, far from super bowl contender.

Titans: These guys are still in the league?

Jags: I hope they move to LA instead of the Rams. Anyone but the Rams!!!! Hopefully by the time that happens they figure out how to be good.

Miami: Dolphins are my wild card. Something tells me there they may have enough pieces to sneak in the back door to the post season. They will also catch a team sleeping in the first round...hopefully the Ravens.

Buffalo: The Bills will lose 15 games in a row. Then, Rex Ryan will die of a heart attack. Buffalo will then go on to lose game 16.

Jets: Suck.

NFC

Cowboys: Hate to say it, but this team is primed for the Super Bowl.

Giants: Eli breaks the record for longest hold of a stupid looking face. Coming off a cold year they figure out a way to win 8 games this year and make the playoffs.

Eagles: Better luck next decade.

Redskins: The RGIII coverage is going to be brutal if he doesn't turn in around. No matter what happens, they better not change their team name.

Packers: Best team in the NFC, but still a tough road through the playoffs. By the time they reach the Super Bowl they'll have no energy to stop Pats pass attack.

Lions: Stafford needs to take notes from Aaron Rodgers on how to be a leader. Until then the Lions will always fall short.

Vikings: The division is too top heavy for the Vikes to get anything done. I hope they treat Matt Cassel well though.

Bears: Jay Cutler doesn't give a fuck.

Saints: I hope these guys get it together soon. The NFL is much more fun when they are doing well.

Falcons: Matt Ryan should ask for a trade to the Lions. Even if they win the South, no way they go to the big dance.

Bucs: Yeah, no.

Panthers: They will not repeat as division champs. Probably won't make the playoffs either.

Seahawks: Super Bowl loss haunts them through the season and cost them the division title. But they will take a wild card.

49ers: This team has something to prove and enough talent to get the job done. If the Seahawks take the regular season for granted SF might gain the upper hand.

Cardinals: Poor Larry Fitzgerald. He had a chance to go somewhere and win. Carson Palmer is the Apollo Creed of the NFL. Someone throw in the towel before something bad happens.

Rams: Sam Bradford finally makes it through an entire season. Rams still miss the playoffs.

Deflate Gate: Patriots absolved of all wrong doing and Roger Goodell has to kiss Robert Kraft's crusty old ass on national tv.

Not happening. The owner dropped 30+ million of his own money to just update the weight room and training facility last year.

NOW THIS!

At least it's an idea so far. Khan wants this done.

Truthfully, I don't think LA is getting a team any time soon. It seems to be more useful as a bargaining chip than an actual sight for a NFL Team.

i would just like to state for the record that i want no part of adrian peterson. if we're gonna spend money on a running back, let's spend it on demarco. jerry, you're on an unprecedented, jimmy-less run of making smart decisions. please continue.
