See, the Feast angle, for me, isn't a good indicator at all.

The first Feast was decent but the other ones are awful.

It's Piranha and if they're keeping in with the vibe of the first movie then going completely OTT and gory will work.

Also, would love to see Elizabeth Shue return.

To each their own Rusted. I thought all 3 Feast films were insane fun. I think with a decent sized budget behind it, they could do some great work.

Filming is officially set for the end of May in North Carolina for John Gulager's Piranha 3 Double D, which reteams him with Feast writers Patrick Melton and Marcus Dustan.

This afternoon we got our hand on the first ever plot details: The sequel continues down the path of "ridiculous" as the piranha this time make their way into swimming pools, pipes, plumping and such at a newly opened waterpark named "Wilderness Waters"! The race is on to save the town from these flesh-eating creatures that are leaving a bloodbath in their wake.

I was already signed on with Gulagar directing. Shit is going to wild. And that story promises some epic gore.

And there's a strong possibility that John's daddy Clu Gulagar will be in the film. Killer Piranha + Clu Gulagar=Awesomeness.
