"The A-Team"....This is one extremely entertaining film. It puts pedal to metal about 90 seconds in and never lets up. Action scenes come flying at you hard and heavy from start to finish. The results are mixed: Some sequences are choppy and a bit confusing, others thrilling and flat-out fun!! Awesome comedic moments, good directing, and a terrific ensemble cast of leading men also add to the movie. Liam Neeson, Bradley Cooper, Sharlto Copley, Patrick Wilson, and Quinton Jackson are all solid in their roles. Only lowpoint in the cast is Jessica Biel. Normally she is good, but she is weak and mediocre in this movie. Dont know if it was the writing for her character or what. Anyway, this movie is a total blast!! Awesome!!

9/10

A similar thing happened with a recent Taiwanese epic called 'Warriors of the Rainbow', about Taiwanese tribesmen waging a guerilla war against the ever-naughty Imperial Japanese invasion of their lands. It's on for four and a half hours, split into two movies. Some territories got a cut-down two-hour version, while others gave consumers the option of buying the full-length version or the cut-down international version.

Red Lights - 9/10

Awesome movie. Great performances from Sigourney Weaver, De Niro, and especially Cilian Murphy. A really cool take on the world of psychic/paranormal fraud. The twist at the end really ties the movie together. Definitley worth a watch. Netflix has it streaming right now if anyone is interested.

I liked it but didn't really care for the ending...

Django
A coffin-dragging desperado enters an abandoned town and gets caught between two feuding fractions, the KKK and a gang of mexican bandits. He decides to play off each party against each other, in order to achieve his very own goals.
It has been ages that I watched this, so I gave it a rewatch on lovely Blu. Blue Underground did an amazing job, the film looks stunning in 1080p. The movie itself is the blueprint for a ton of subsequent spaghetti westerns, the atmosphere, the main theme and of course Franco Nero is just legendary. You instantly recognize the influences, which Tarantino used in his screenplay of his Django version.
Classic movie.

10/10

Night Of The Creeps
A town gets invaded by slimy leech-like creatures, who turn everybody into lifeless zombies.
This was straight out 80's horror fun, with some nice ironic quotes, decent gore and some nudity as well, though not very attractive. Though I expected from Tom Atkins a bit more screen time, but that didn't distract that much from the fun.

8/10
