^haha
It's a shame Mr Freeze is not going to be in it. So we have to put up with Arnold and his puns as the only movie version of Freeze for awhile longer. |

While I have my beef with the new Batman series i'm still looking forward to this movie. I hope they will find a great way to show The Riddler as sick and twisted like they had the Joker. I hope they will be able to live up to the expectation fans will have.
I completely agree with whoever said Johnny Depp should play in one of the new Batman movies. He's such a good actor I think he could play as great a role as Heath did as the Joker. Final thought: Miley Cyrus should play Catwoman. |

...actually I was thinking Lady Gaga would make an awesome Catwoman. seriously...= She's not drop dead gorgeous, she looks like an average girl when he/she is out of wacky costumes. More believable than some really hot chick. |

I like Depp, but he's pretty much playing the same guy in every movie now. I don't really care to see Captian Hunter Scissorhands in yet another movie.
I really liked this version of Mr. Freeze: ![]() I would suggest Alan Rickman or Hugo Weaving to play him. Slight (or greater) problem of them being seen as reprising previous roles, but they'd still be great otherwise I think. Not that I'm clammoring for Mr Freeze to be the villain, but that's the way to do it if you're gonna.

I kind of agree with him being over exposed and what not but I do think he goes all out in whatever role he plays and could potentially play a good twisted role. I don't think anyone can compare to Heath's performance though.
The Lady Gaga comment made me laugh. |

http://www.cinematical.com/2006/10/1...o-the-penguin/ Nolan said in an interview for Esquire: "'I'd be more excited to have Philip Seymour Hoffman in the film than to have the Penguin. There are certain characters that are easier to mesh with the more real take on Batman we're doing. The Penguin would be tricky." |

If you look at the character of The Joker he is just a misfit excluded from society and led to a life of crime from it. I think Danny DeVito did a great job in the Burton movie. |

I'm looking forward to this movie.
Here's some info on The Riddler: The Riddler's criminal modus operandi is so deeply ingrained into his personality that he is virtually powerless to stop himself from acting it out (as shown in his third comic book appearance). He cannot simply kill his opponents when he has the upper hand; he has to put them in a deathtrap to see if he can devise a life and death intellectual challenge that the hero cannot solve and escape. However, unlike many of Batman's themed enemies, Riddler's compulsion is quite flexible, allowing him to commit any crime as long as he can describe it in a riddle or puzzle. Hopefully Nolan exploits this and digs in deep with the emotion that drives The Riddler. He can really make him a fucking nut case if he wants. Question: Do you think Nolan would have The Joker in this movie if Heath didn't die?
