Just secured my reserved copy of Bioshock Infinite. Color me stoked. I'm so excited for the release I downloaded a countdown timer from their website to go on the home screen of my tablet.

Anyone else plan on getting this game?

I plan on getting it just not any time soon. I like to wait a year or two to get a game because I'm cheap and won't pay more than $30. Also I usually just wait for an "ultimate" or "game of the year" edition to come out so I don't get gouged for all the DLC that comes out afterwards.

If you're going by track record, I'd put my money on Nintendo. They support handhelds like no other.

Ill be grabbing it, i wasn't really a fan of the 2nd installment but the first one is probably my favorite game. I love everything about it

i ordered Dishonored the other day because it kinda reminds me of bioshock in a way. Looking forward to playing that.

See that's why I like GameStop's $5 down $5 a week till it comes out. It' still expensive but it doesn't feel like it bc you aren't unloading all that money at once. I waited on buying Batman Arkham Asylum/City till I could get them for about $12 on Amazon. I've just been waiting too long on this game to wait any longer. I'm obsessed with Bioshock to the point where I want to decorate my bathroom like Rapture.

I'm passing on it. I love the first game. And what I played of the second didn't really have the same feel.

In Infinite the story has moved out of Rapture and completely lost my interest. Rapture was one of the coolest worlds in a game, just the atmosphere and it's story. I love it. Bio-Shock without it? Ehh, I'm not at all excited.

The only game that is worth a damn coming out next year is Aliens: Colonial Marines. God I can't wait for that.
