Either of you guys seen that Night of Nothing Bootleg.
It was back in the mid 90s (I think)
It features sets from NIN, Meat Beat Manifesto, Marilyn Manson, Couple of Prick songs and a couple of Pop Will Eat Itself songs.
Kevin McMahon from prick plays the whole NIN set, Clint Mansel is there for the PWEI songs and Richard Patrick is there for Head Like A Hole.

Here's a few vids from it...

And the PWEI vids

It's bad when I have a song in my head and I'm humming it for no clear reason.

Right now:

I can't be the only one to have such lame guitly pleasures.
Spill all people.

Shit. I haven't seen the Karate Kid in forever. That song though, that is perfection.

Thanks for posting those vids. Lots of great musicians and bands. Will have to look out for those if they are around. The 90's was such a great time for music and lots of bands starting out that put on great live shows. I still have a VHS tape from the 90's with some cool PIgface performances. Also has a Tool concert from when they were just starting out playing in frong of 20 people in Philadelphia. One camera shot and basically just focuses on Maynard the whole time zooming in and out while he does his crazy trance dances.

Listened to Rusty Nails II coming home. I never tire of listening to it and love the assortment of remixes.

I still break out my Greatest Hits cd from them every once in a while

Speaking of acoustic tracks earlier I bought 80's Hits stripped which has:

1. Jessi's Girl - Rick Springfield
2. Down Under - Colin Hay
3. Your Love - The Outfield
4. Metro, The - Berlin
5. No One Is to Blame - Howard Jones
6. Rebel Yell - Billy Idol
7. Only the Lonely - The Motels
8. 867-5309/Jenny - Tommy Tutone
9. Missing You - John Waite
10. These Dreams - Heart
11. Blinded Me With Science - Thomas Dolby
12. Promises, Promises - Naked Eyes
13. Heat of the Moment - Asia
14. Our Lips Are Sealed - Jane Wiedlin
15. Stroke, The - Billy Squier

Great cd for anybody who likes those songs. Colin Hay's version on that cd is brilliant. Wish it was on Youtube but did find this interesting performance:

Here it is. NiN playing TDS in its entirety in NYC. That's right, I'm posting them all. Fuck the bandwidth.

Mr Self Destruct

Piggy

Heresey

March of the Pigs

Closer

Ruiner

The Becoming (really fucking sweet)

I Do Not Want This (amazing)

Big Man With a Gun

A Warm Place

Eraser (wow)

Reptile

The Downward Spiral

Hurt (crowd always ruins this one)

After all of that, they still played another 12 songs, including Metal and The Final Solution with Peter Murphy. They played TDS again in LA and there were apparently a dozen static and zip cameras throughout the place, so hopefully they release a DVD. If it is the same quality as the And All That Could Have Been release, I'll be happy.
