I doubt any of my close friends would say that, since they know at least enough about older horror films to not say stupid shit like that. But I'm pretty sure some of my classmates will say something ignorant like that...

I watched this again tonight with a friend who hadn't seen it before and I still enjoyed it. I also still wish it was scarier than it was, but still a fun flick.

I don't understand why the Old Ones, the giants in Middle Earth, are always Caucasian. This movie is racist. And how were those white giants so easily appeased when they didn't have giant furniture?
