Chaos (2005) - BLOODY-DISGUSTING

In this cautionary tale, two teenagers armed with the imperviousness of youth get into some nasty trouble way over their heads. Looking to score some Ecstasy at a rave, two girls foolishly follow a strange young man to a house. Once inside, a gang of lowlifes torment the pair in a sadistic nightmare of violence.

I added this movie to my Netflix. I was wondering if anybody here has seen it and if it is any good.

it's awful!!! but the torture scenes are nasty.

Is it a movie that is centered around the torture? I have read reviews where it has been compared to August Underground. If it is like that and has no substance/plot I will remove it.

It's basically a remake of Last House On The Left. But even shittier.

I just read some more reviews of it and they said the same thing you just did. Needless to say, I removed it.

Life is too short to waste time on a piece of garbage like Chaos, especially since there are so many deserving films out there. I know some gorehounds give it a chance because they are curious to see "the most brutal movie ever made" but nearly all regret it afterwards. I will be surprised if one person on this thread actually defends it.

What graphic torture scenes?..all the torture scenes in this movie seemed to be implied. Just as the girl was about to be cut up the camera seems to be focused away from what's supposed to be depicted. Which version of this movie did you purchase?

Damn I thought there'd be more comments on this film. Alhough no masterpiece I enjoyed it as I'm quite the fan of "Confrontational Cinema". Sure it's a ripoff of Last House On The Left and yeah David DeFalco looks weird as hell in every interview you see of him.

But if you want a hard hitting, no compromising and mean spirited viewing experience then look no further. It is indeed a horrorfying experience.

I was poking around on the web and what got me thinking of this film was I found Roger Ebert's full on attack of Chaos as well as Defalco's rebuttal:
