Which means absoltely nothing in the arguement of how badass a character is in the slightest. If that was the case Titanic would be amazingly badass instead of the over-rated womens tv film of the week it was.

Crowley will never touch Jason because the Hatchet movies will never touch the F13th movies. I haven't seen Hatchet 2, but, I would rather watch any F13th film over the first Hatchet.

Uh what?

I wasn't using that to argue how much of a badass Victor Crowley is or isn't. I was saying he will never be a horror icon unless his movies get wide theatrical releases.

And I highly doubt they ever will. Shit I don't even think a Hatchet III will be made.

Movies make the bulk of their cash from DVD sales these days (hence how Hatchet became so popular in the first place), & none of us can predict the future, so the truth is, we don't know for sure if Hatchet III will ever get a wide release. And Adam has already said he planned to make a Hatchet III (long before the second film was even released). There's absolutely nothing that would prevent him from being allowed to do so once he finishes up some of the other projects he's now working on.
