I run 4 times a week (this hasn't happened in the last 15 months though because running in Iraq can get you killed)
I still do 85-100 Push-ups every day (I am a huge fan of Jedi-style where you have to lift all your weight) I do about 100 situps every other day. I am not into trying to get massive though...might get into that once I leave the army. Great work-outs here. Can't wait to get back and try some.

Exercise keeps me sane and my Psyche in check...without it i would probably hop a belltower somewhere and start shooting...i do 600 push ups a day, lift about 4 times a week, run an hour a day, and basically eat nothing but fish, chicken breast, egg whites,fruits and vegetables. I started taking creatine and it's really helping, that and vitamins, B-12 is very important.
