Like Tool Shed said, Syd Field has good books, because they teach format to the t. Even though theyre somewhat dated, they still teach format very well. Just pick up about four or five books, spend a few weeks digesting them, and try to write. Its like anything else, it takes oodles of practice. You wont write on a professional level ANY fucking time soon, so take that into account, and start now, and take yourself seriously, and you have a sliver of a chance. If you dont do those things?
