My short film "Lessons with the Professor"

I recently finished shooting my short film entitled "Lessons with the Professor." It is difficult to give a description without giving too much away, but it will be a 6 to 8 minute dark comedy/horror short that centers around a "Professor" who conducts his own brand of scientific experiments. The bulk of editing is done and it turns out the film runs about 11 minutes as opposed to the 6-8 I thought it would run. Not sure how I underestimated so badly but the longer the better I suppose. We will begin soon on some minor after effects work and a few sound additions but other than that we are fairly close to being finished. I missed the deadline for the local horror film fest coming up in July so I will probably just throw this thing on the Youtube. I will post it early in a private channel so people here can see it first. Here are a couple special production stills without giving too much away:

So the film is nearly done and it will be premiering Saturday May 25th at my shop here in Louisville. We have monthly double feature movie nights and my short will be sandwiched between the two features. I will then be posting it in a private Youtube channel and posting the link here so I can get some feedback from everyone. I am thinking about submitting it to some regional film festivals but I have not looked into that much yet. Keep an eyes on this space towards the end of May.

Here is a simple poster I made up. I will probably have a couple printed for my own purposes. I don't have too many pictures to work with as we didn't take many production stills, plus I don't wanna give too much away, so it is fairly similar to stuff I've already made. I still like it though.
