I'm a Umberto Lenzi fan, so yea I dig it. Not as good as CH, but it serves it's purprose.

If you end up enjoying this, check out 'Eaten Alive'. It's from the same director as Ferox.

John Saxon was in Cannibal Apocalypse, not Ferox.

Sorry, amigo. Ferox is in a jungle. Infamous for its 'man called horse' scene on a woman's breasts, and a man getting the top of his head sliced like an egg.
Cannibal Apocalypse has the same fella, but with a big hole in his guts.

finally watched it last night and i gotta say, i loved it. the acting was on the level of a bad porno and the story was absolutly rediculous. the gore was over the top (as expected) and it was just generally a lot of fun to watch. id recomend it to anyone.

John Morgan is godly in Ferox.He's just plain vile in it.The things he says and does in that film are legendary.He's really good in CAN APOC also,he plays the unstable vietnam vet really well.Morgan is easily one of my favourite actors from italian 80's cinema.
