Default Wrong Turn 6 (2014)

Now filming in Bulgaria and slated for release this fall.

I enjoyed parts 4 and 5, but it'll be interesting to see what a different director can do behind the wheel of this franchise.

First movie was kick ass.

Second was decent at best.

Third and Fourth movie =

Fifth movie was decent.

I'll check out part 6. The blood, tone and everything in the first movie was great. The makeup, effects and story in parts 2, 3 and 4 were pathetic. Part 5 was decent and the makeup and effects were a bit better.

The first movie is by far the best and always will be.

End of.

I love the first movie and enjoyed the 2nd but haven't seen the others. Might have a mini marathon next week.

I thought the make-up was clearly inferior in part 5 when compared to prior sequels. The gore effects were also more fun in part 2 than in the original in my opinion.

I'd rank the series... 2 > 1 > 4 > 5 >> 3

Avoid part 3 if you can. I can see why some people hate 4 and 5, but I thought they were fun slashers. 3 on the other hand, has absolutely NO redeeming qualities.

Argh, I'll probably watch it just for the sake of it. My expectations will be kept very low though.

If you must, I wouldn't recommend paying for it.

The first movie had the best makeup, effects, cast, acting, setting and overall story. It's just so f'ing superior to the others.

The 5th movie was pretty good. I liked what they did with it. But the makeup and the way the inbreds looked wasn't convincing. The first movie was.

Parts 3 and 4 were f'ing horrible. Don't bother watching and wasting your time.

Of course it was "fucking superior" they had a much larger budget and Stan fucking Winston did it.

I thought the make-up in 2 and 4 was pretty good but meh in 3 and 5.

4 was dumb as a stump but a lot of fun and I loved the snowy setting and brutal kills.

The term "worst movie ever" is thrown around a lot online but in my opinion 5 is certainly worthy, with 3 and 4 not far behind. I didn't like 2 but compared to 3, 4 and 5 it is a god damn masterpiece.

Wrong Turn 6 has a new director and holy hell does he have his work cut out for him.
