Cellar Dweller (1988) - BLOODY-DISGUSTING

I saw this movie when it was fairly new.I've wanted to see it again recently,I'm curious if it was actually good cuz I don't remember.I can't find it anywhere cuz I don't think it was ever put on DVD.Anyone seen it &/or know where I can get it?

In the damp subterranean darkness lurks a creature spawned from the deepest recesses of the mind. From dark imaginings comes a living, breathing nightmare that feeds on frenzy, fear, flesh and blood. Open the door, if you dare, into the horrific world of CELLAR DWELLER.

Colin Childress and Whitney Taylor have a few things in common. Both are cartoonists. Both have given free rein to the darker sides of their creative minds. And both will witness the bloody carnage of their own misguided imaginations.

Thirty years have passed since the grisly murder/suicide of Colin Childress, creator of the comic book, CELLAR DWELLER. But, as often happens to those ignorant of it, Whitney Taylor is doomed to repeat history in a most grotesque way. Little does she know that her twisted renderings will soon reincarnate the bloody hystery of CELLAR DWELLER.

never have. sounds decent enough to give a viewing. looked also to see if i could find a dvd but no luck. only thing is a vhs. not even a bootleg on ebay which is surprising.

Yea,bummer.I can't even find it to rent on vhs.I'd really like to see it again.I'm curious if it's as good as I think it was.I watched it more than 10 years ago.

Yeah i remember this, well sorta... I liked it back then but i was a lot younger.

I love this movie. I dont think it was ever released on dvd but I have it on vhs. I think I need to get it transferred to dvd. Hey Bloody Glove....

Jefferey Combs was the star of the movie. The monster looked like some sort of werewolf with a pentagram burned into it's chest. I also saw the movie back in it's day and also more recently due to my cousin's collection of VHS tapes. Good movie and a fun way to kill some time.

Thanks for reminding me about this movie. It was shown on the USA network back when I was a kid. It was on this show called "Captain USA's Groovy Movies". I really liked it. Now I'm gonna have to search ebay.

Actually JEffrey COmbs was barely in the movie. I think only in the like the first 10 minutes. He was in it, but definetly wasnt the star. It was that comic artist chick.
