Watched this again recently, still great.

I, for one, hated this movie. It seemed like it couldn't make up its mind as to whether it was going to be horror or comedy. It rubbed me the wrong way. Stupid movie.

Not trying to start anything here, just thought I'd voice my opinion.

Aw, I LOVE The Frighteners! When I was a kid my sister and I got to alternate what VHS we rented from the grocery store every week, and I went for this one because of the creepy cover.. and wasn't allowed to watch it, but did after everyone went to bed and fell in love! haha I got banned from renting it too much, eventually. I love it then and love it now!
