It's not loaded down with unnecessary dialouge. It's so well written that it dosen't have to have alot of words to tell the story
the only problem I have with Walking Dead is in Trade Volume 4 it is hard to tell apart Rick, Hershel and Otis especially when they are in the same frame. Guess thats a problem with black and white but it was just minor.

Last night, I started Night Trippers, by Mark Ricketts and Micah Farrior a comic about vampires in singing 60s London. Not very far in yet, so I haven't formed an opinion.

Picked up Green Lantern and Green Lantern Corps along with invincible and...brightest day. BD is just like 52, a lot of little plots that most likely are never going to live up to the story they are trying to tell. As for GL and GLC it is always fun to watch Rage kitty puke on people. Out of all the universe, the entities of the Lanterns are on earth. I wanna watch larfleeze's adventures and only him. It looks like on the map he is in the midwest, should be fun.

Invincible gave me a yeah right moment with what happens to mark. Nothing will stick with it, but it was just a shitty cliffhanger. I like how he dealt with Conquest this time around.

Maybe someone can help. I read a preview of a graphic novel coming up and I'm pretty sure it was here. It was about the same time I read the review for We Will Bury You on here. Anyway, it was about a serial killer and I believe his methods were religiously driven. (The idea reminded me of the movie Seven) But, the title has escaped me and I can't find it again. Does anyone know what it is? I'd really appreciate your help. It's driving me crazy. LOL

was the main character a serial killer who did things religiously or is that the bad guy in the story?

Due to a recommendation from my local comic book store guy, I picked up and read this madness:

'Based on the Hugo-nominated novella by best-selling author David Brin, "Thor Meets Captain America," THE LIFE EATERS is an incredibly imaginative tale that uses stunning artwork to explore Germany's embracement of necromancy to win World War II. In this enthralling historical fiction, Adolf Hitler devises an unholy plot that pits the ancient Norse gods against the Allied forces. But after quickly gaining advantage and ground against his enemies, the Fuhrer's mystical strategy suddenly backfires when the food of the gods runs short. Now with the enraged mythological icons on a desperate search for nourishment, Germany becomes involved in a secondary war of truly epic proportions as Norse and Hindu gods battle for survival sustenance.'

Very interestingly strange read to say the least. I definitely recommend checking out.
