Ah shit! Those are the best. Used to read those all the time. Wonder if I still have any laying around.

Me, I've been reading A Brave New World by Aldous Huxley.

My mom and I used to read those together. I loved the illustrations.

I want to read BNW but it's always too expensive online and too thick to check it out at the library and have it back in time. I prefer to read at leisure without any time restraints.

Finished this a little while ago:

If you like comics and you consider yourself a deep thinker then you may enjoy this. It discusses Thor and the dilemma of mercy versus justice, Captain America and the virtue of modesty, Spiderman and whether or not you can call your life "good" when nothing good seems to be going for you, etc. It was really interesting. You can find it for free on kindle and iBooks.

You gotta do it, it's a really great read. I'm not done yet. But from what I have read, it's just incredible.

Yeah, I read the first three books, but then it seemed like the series pulled a Dune and went so far from the original concepts, it was bound to get more and more boring/confusin/who-cares-ish, so I stopped reading them.

While I enjoyed both books, they stray away from where the first book began. Odd Hours in particular was a little too "much" for me.

This was damn good. Fast paced, violent and thrilling. The end is slight disappoint as it builds up to something... more interesting. Still a great read and will look for more by Kilborn/Konrath.

Going the way of the classics. Nice, I like it.

And, although I liked the storyline of the first book best, the humor and storytelling got better and better as it went along.
