And still I keep reading them. I'm finishing up Shadows of the Empire now. It's not horrid, but it's far from great.

I'm about a hundred pages into 11/22/63 by Stephen King. It's got me hooked through the gills and I'm having a hard time putting it down.

I just finished The Backwoods by Edward Lee. It was good, but not great. I've only read one other of his books, Monstrosity - which I loved. Was hoping for the same level of greatness from The Backwoods, just thought it was a bit immature?
Can anyone recommend good books by Edward Lee, as I'm still interested in reading more of his work? |

That depends. Do you like the more mainstream Edward Lee or the more depraved??? |

I started this but couldn't get into it. Is there a supernatural element (besides time travel)? If so, when does it start? I guess I'm just not a JFK nut, so the topic doesn't interest me at all.

The only supernatural element would be the time travel aspect of the book. Stephen King has always wanted to do a story regarding JFK. He said that the assaniation was his generation's 911. |

Yeah, that makes sense on why he would want to write it. Just not my thing.
