Golem was a mass market book. His "extreme" books, like Bighead, etc can only be found online, like his website.

Try Lee's Portait of a Psychopath as a Young Women. Very rough, but very entertaining

Just finished Michael McDowell's 1979 horror novel THE AMULET, about a deadly necklace that inadvertently gets passed around a depressed Southern town, during the Vietnam War era. It's not pulpy or overly gory or anything like that, just a solidly engaging story. McDowell's a very good writer although all his stuff is out of print today but most of his work is available used on Amazon and eBay and such.
