I just finished Brother Odd last night. Very Good. Not Koontz's best, but Odd is a great character. And, I have read every book by Dean Koontz. My favorite is the Frankenstein (soon to be) trilogy.

I love Odd as a character, he's easily one of the best characters Koontz has come up with. My mom and my sister, along with her ex-boyfriend all said the Frankenstein books were really good, and I started reading the first one, but just couldn't get into it. Then again that happened with Forever Odd and I ended up finishing that in a couple days, so maybe I'll give that another try afterwards.

I hate reading my Mom's books, I can't write in them. It's a trick not to do it too.

The Call of Cthulhu and Rats in the Walls. Man, H.P. Lovecraft was a fucking genius.. I am also reading "Atlantis" and going back and re-reading "City of the Dead". All good IMO.

Just about done with "Shawdow Man" by Cody McFadyen. What a great fucking book! I'm loving the crap outta it! I hope the ending doesn't fuck anything up.

Just finished David Morrell's "Creepers". Not exactly what I was expecting from the covers and reviews (which hinted at a ghost/time-travel story of some type). Still, a lightning-fast read and recommended to anyone in the mood for a page-turning suspense/thriller.
