I thought this was the best episode I'd seen for awhile. I haven't been liking the pretend concern Deb has been having about Dexter and his ways, but they seem to be getting past this nonsense.

Dexter's reaction when he tied baldy to the table and was screaming and jumped down from the platform on top of his body yelling "fuck," that part was stirring and reminded me of the killer's reaction in "The Cask of Amontillado." I don't really know why killers always have to give Dexter chances to get away, but there is a certain suspension of disbelief I'll give them to get scenes like that. I also loved that Dexter had to actually run away, rather than always have some ridiculous way to kill the other person, especially when this guy was clearly more formidable.

This was great.

Also loved when he said "everything is in my control". The psychotic delivery and, his hand gestures, was great.

I kinda gave up on this after last weeks terribly mind numbing episode,but this one sounds alright so I'll give it a shot.

Just not feeling this season at all. The villains are the worst this show has ever seen. Russian mobsters, really ?. I'd take Miguel and The Skinner from season 3 over these boring mugs.

Multiple threats are closing in on Dexter.

Really enjoying this season.

This last episode was probably the best of the season so far. We're close to seeing Dexter on the run, which is what I am anticipating. It's great to see him as the "stalkee" instead of the stalker.

I need to catch up. Have missed the last two episodes but by the sounds of it this season is picking up again.

Finally caught the latest episode. Now that's the Dexter show I used to know and love. Finally, an episode that kept me from laughing. Things actually made sense, and sub-plots were appropriately followed up on. I have some hope again.

But.......

C'mon Deb! You have to know that Dexter is the BHB, and had something to do with Doakes getting killed. Put 2 and 2 together for fucks sake.

Other than that little gripe, damn good episode.
