You telling me you didn't notice the attraction between Leslie and Taylor? The romantic subtext between them was there through out the entire movie.

Nah. Interview With The Vampire is still tops for me. Not much to choose from though. It's easily in the top 5.

I find Interview to be one of the worst vampire films myself. I'd rank this one way over it but not #1. I don't know what I'd rank as the very best vampire film.

I suppose critically, Nosferatu would be the #1 vampire film for pure innovation.

But I think Let the Right One In is my favourite vampire film of all time.

Now that you say it, I'd probably rate Nosferatu as my #1. I really love that movie and the look of Count Orlock is down right creepy as hell.

It's vastly superior. The remake is yet another waste of a movie.

I actually did like the remake, but this one is of course superior.

I liked how the remake did things slightly differently instead of copying everything shot-for-shot. However, I did feel cheated with the swimming pool scene which felt like a total copy of the original only no where near as effective!

I absolutely hated the remake and found it to be completely unnecessary.
Let The Right One In is definitely one of the best vampire movies of our time, I thought it was a beautiful film to watch.
