By far my favorite episode of the old series, much props for Abrams to bring them up again.
And another thing: in The Wrath Of Khan, Spock sacrifices his own life in the warp machine engine room in order to save the crew, but in the 2013 one it is Kirk. Coincidence?
That's right. There is no just one lens flare type, those fuckers are different. Blue, white, a bit yellow as well...

I really like this movie up until the last act, where it's threads unravel and the movie begins to fall under the weight of it's own conceits. It's still a good ride, I just wish they hadn't gone to the place they did.

I went and saw this again yesterday at IMAX.

It was awesome, especially the volcano sequence.
