I finally figured out how to order this. For those interested, all you have to do is type dvd in their search box up top and it will pretty much takes you right to it. (I couldn't find a damn store link anywhere!) It also said as of 12/18/13 there are fewer that 130 copies left.

It took the order, but I guess that doesn't really mean they still have them lol Being paypal and all. No email came through saying otherwise yet anyhow.

You'll get it then. Real easy and smooth purchase, for me at least.

I can also contact the director through my site. I hope you love it just as much as I. : )

Fangoria breaks the news that The October People have acquired Found. for U.S. release. Stay tuned for more details -- we should have more news on the distribution front soon!
Found, Face Book

We are happy to announce that The October People have acquired the North American rights to the award-winning horror feature Found. This powerful story of a young horror fan in the early 90s dealing with the realization that his older brother is a serial killer played alongside The Invoking at many film festivals throughout 2013. We are excited to work with the talented filmmakers behind Found and help them achieve nationwide distribution. More news on that front will be coming very soon, but for now you can read the first news on the acquisition in this article from Fangoria Feed.

Fuck, what an utterly amazing piece of cinematic art! I mean, it does suffer some dodgy acting and things, like a lot of these independent films, but it's not constant, it ranges from great acting, right down to eye-rollingly bad, which I'm guessing is mostly due to inexperience more than anything.. I can't hold things like that against independent features though.

The opening sets up an extremely dark tone, but things soon lighten up; and things seem to be going well, there is a constant underlying threat throughout though, with the older brother. But the black lights don't turn on till about 40minutes in where the young friends watch 'Headless'. From there on, it's like someone pulled the plug, and whatever good feelings the film has spirals away in-front of you.

The story is strong, the characters all work, even with the occasional badly acted scene, and as things get more, and more tense I found myself sitting up either in excitement, or shock. And it leads up to one of THE BEST horror climax's I've ever witnessed. Fuck. I'm so glad I have a copy signed by the director. Thanks a million Wonderlust!

10/10

Also.. I LOVED seeing Lugosi's 'White Zombie' at the Video Rental store <3.. And the Iron Maiden poster the brother had...
