The only thing I didn't like was watching the guy drinking his own vomit, felt too much like watching another guy jerk off and shoot his load. Other than this I liked this movie a lot.

No, it doesn't. A few of the girls in the Vomit Gore trilogy are porn stars, but that's about it.
