googly eyes ghost movie - BLOODY-DISGUSTING

this'll be fun. I am looking for a movie i have never actually seen so i haven't got a clue what it could be about but i do remember the vhs cover. it had a small old man, bald and with crazy white hair. The cover was mostly shades of blue. but what i really remember about the vhs cover was it had googly eyes

stuck where the mans eyes should have been. I want to say that it was a ghost movie. but i cant be sure of that. All i remember is seeing this vhs around 1990 in the store as a kid.

Could it be Ghost Chase??
I've found two covers for it, but i'm pretty sure I can remember one that had the "googly eyes" too.

after searching ghost chase googly eyes for a moment the only evidence for the eyes cover was in this vid haha. its a shame i cant find it anywhere else.

I just watched the trailer and noticed the ghost/creature looks like E.T. with old-man hair. Is this worth watching?

I can remember it being a fun film, but I was ten at the time. Might not be so good these days.
