Don't you think the old texas chainsaw massacre films sucked bad? You know, texas chainsaw massacre 1, 2, 3, 4, 5: The Next Generation. The Next Generation my @$$! It was exactly the same as the others. All of these films were the same except the second one. And on the first one, you would be looking at a girl screaming for like, ten minutes!

Do you all agree? All of the texas chainsaw massacre films suck!

(Except for the two newest ones)

TCM: The Next Generation is the 4th you idiot, not the fifth. There is no 5. And the remake wasn't that great. Didn't try hard enough. Thankfully the prequel did.

I agree. Prequel fuking killed. The original owns. Next generation just sucked. the victims were pathetic and tastless (fuck you rene zellwger) and their was bearly a single ounce of blood. That demented family was the only good thing about that movie, they really portrayed the chaarcters well and seemd even real at times.

I love the original! I haven't seen any of the sequels, but have seen the remake. It was ok... nothing compared to the original!

Question! I'm thinking about buying the 2 Disc Special Edition of the original. Does anyone here have it and think it's worth it? I just have it on VHS, I know... I'm ghetto.

I'll take the remake over the original anyday. I dont care how 'classic' it is, it's far from being perfect.

The prequel was fucking brutal.
Sledgehammer to the knees, fuck yeah!Several chainsaw impalements, fuck yeah! I loved that movie.

I thought the remake was really original, I liked it. But it still remains, the first TCM is untouchable. One fucked up movie.

As for the sequels, I didnt care much at all for them. Except TCM2, I almost like that one more than the original.
