I think these 2 movies, "Les Miserables" and "Anna Karenina" will be the main contenders this season. As well as "Lincoln".

I'm rooting for Django and I haven't even seen it yet. Quentin deserves to win best director/picture soon. Hopefully Django blows everyone away and he does it with that.

Anna Karenina has received a rather lackluster reception. Count it out.

Argo, the Master, Lincoln, and Les Misrables will be dominant.

I hope it does as well, but unfortunately most major awards groups don't get on board with Tarantino's work. Unless Django Unchained is truly an amazing masterpiece I have a hard time seeing it perform well.

Wonder how that new Ang Lee film "Life Of Pi" will turn out this awards season?

I thought the book was rather mediocre to be honest. The film looks like nothing special to me.
