Release Party For DOLOR: CHRISSY In L.A Announced!
Rick Florina’s “DOLOR” series has become something of a contained phenomina amongst the horror faithful, becoming one of the most talked about new series in recent memory. And for good reason, it kicks a##! So in anticipation of the upcoming release of Rick’s second book in the “DOLOR” series, “CHRISSY”, it has been announced that there will be an exclusive reading for the title on February 20th. For all you Dolor-Heads out there read on. “The first book tells the tale of Officer Caleb Taylor. Caleb is going through Hell. His daughter just drowned and his wife has disappeared without a trace. “Author Rick Florino has confirmed a special “blood reading” of his new illustrated novellaDOLOR: Chrissy | Book II, out February 11. This theatrical reading–which will feature Florino covered in blood in a DOLOR P.D. uniform–takes place February 20 at 7:30pm at The Hollywood Corner, 1156 North Highland Avenue in Los Angeles.

Rob is having a really bad day.

As he’s walking into the storm, a car suddenly sideswipes him out of nowhere, speeding off and leaving him covered in blood. Awakening in the hospital, Rob finds out from Officer Caleb Taylor that he’s in way more trouble than he thought. However, things get really strange once Rob’s kidnapped from the hospital by someone too perfect and beautiful to trust…
