Just got done reading Batman: Year One. Pretty good. I like how Gordon is such a bad ass in the story. I wonder if they'll introduce his infidelity in the next movie?

It also seemed to focus more on Gordon then Batman too me. Which isn't bad. The introduction of Catwoman was pretty cool. I like the ending to it as well. So the Joker is threatening to poison Gotham's water supply, not Ra's Al Ghul?

I also got Identity Crisis today as well. Might start reading it tonight.

Ok, Just went and ordered pretty much everything on the list you sent me. There were just 3 that they didn't have at all. Birth of the Demon, JSA: The Return of Hawkman (Although they did have quite a few other JSA titles to choose from) and Gotham Central.

Everything else they had and I got on hold.

Well you inspired me. I just ordered a few graphic novels from the library. Batman: Year One, The Dark Knight Strike Again and The Dark Knight Returns. Plus I ordered The Watchmen because after viewing that trailer I have to see what it's all about.

If you have any other's in mind, let me know and if they have it...then I'll check them out.

You got me on the comic book reading. The last comic I was into was Jim Starlin's Breed. I've got the whole series. I wouldn't mind seeing that as a movie.

The only other comic I got really into would be Wolverine. I started reading it right before Magneto took the antimantium out of his body. I kept reading hoping to see if he would ever get it back but I never reached that issue.

From what I heard and I could be wrong. They just stopped the story and started fresh again.

Other then that, I've got a bunch of #1's and special issues. LOL! I even got the #1 of the Pantera comic! Plus the #1 of the Megadeth comic, signed by Dave Mustaine.

But...I still do not think you need those to understand the movie! LOL!
