About Me:
It all started when I was about four years old and I was at my cousin’s house with my sister. We went down to rent a movie and we ended up renting the Dream Child, which was my first horror movie. A couple weeks later at the same cousin’s house we watched Freddy’s Dead. I quickly became obsessed with the Elm Street movies, and since my movie store didn’t carry them all my dad knew a guy who had them all and graciously traded all his porn for them. Now if that isn’t love, I don’t know what is. After that I started watching any horror movie I could get my hands on. The one that made me cry the most was, I think, 976-EVIL. My mom wanted to shut it off because I was on the floor bawling, but I wouldn’t let her turn it off and instead I just sat there crying through the entire thing. I was a bit of a wuss. Over the years my best friend, Aaron, has introduced me to a lot of his childhood horror movies and vise versa. Horror is my favorite genre, but my taste does venture far beyond it.

I own the original and love it but I didn't know they remade it. Judging from you, I should probably stay away lol.

I've been doing okay. Aside from my boyfriend nearly breaking my arm Although I have a headache but that's nothing new. I haven't seen The Mist yet! It's still sitting here waiting to be watched..

You could post in the existing one and ask if anybody is interested in participating in it again. Putting a new post in will bring it out of the black hole it's in. If enough people respond then we could definitely organize it. If not we could arrange something among our close BD friends

That could be a good idea. I'll search around and see if I can find the existing thread...I'm pretty sure there was a BD movie night one at some point...it might have been deleted into oblivion lol

If it does end backwards I think I'd be laughing too hard to make a phone call...but I promise I will try.

I usually spend my money on books and music so movies aren't a priority lol. I only buy them if they're cheap. The most expensive one I bought was the 3-disk Limited Edition of Suspiria. I looked through your list and funny enough the movies we have the same ones of....aren't horror. Our same ones are Napoleon Dynamite, Moulin Rouge, Nightmare Before Christmas, and School of Rock. That's kinda sad. I have been meaning to see the original House of Wax so maybe I'll rent that for Saturday?

Deal, but if the world ends backwards, let me know.

Movie’s are pretty much all I buy or ask for. Anyway, you can pick the movie. I’m too indecisive. I know Death Proof comes out a week from Tuesday, but that wouldn’t really help out this weekend coming up.

Hopefully they do, it's a simple as typing a movie title into the computer.

And that seems fair.

Like I say to all of them, if the world ends please send me some kind of warning so I'm prepared....I need time to stock up on canned goods and toilet paper

I need the same thing lol. But you're ahead of me. I only have 66 dvd's. You've got 20 more.

Calling ahead is always a good idea. I hope the people that work at your Blockbuster are more knowledgeable than the tools at ours. I've asked if they had a movie before, they said no and then I browsed the store only to find it myself. At the least I can always go rent something for our movie night

To make it fair, my name is Victoria.

Damn you people in future land! Everyone I meet is at least one hour ahead of me lol. I will look at your list and let you know. My collection isn't very extensive but I'm sure I've got something.

If you do make that venture I sure hope they have it...otherwise I'm going to feel really bad.

That's me Is your real name Tyler?

It's 6:36pm right now here in Vegas. You probably are 3 hours ahead of me. Maybe next weekend we can schedule something. We'll have to find a movie we both have.

It shouldn't be too hard...I mean blockbuster had it lol.

I didn't add you before but I added you just now. I'm FallenDogStar@hotmail.com

I think rum and coke is my favorite drink. And, because I'm a chick, the fruity stuff is always nice lol.

I'll have to see if I can find the old threads or something. They're hard to schedule because everyone seems to be in a different time zone and whatnot. But hey, you're on msn so maybe we can have one of our own sometime

I watched The Gingerdead Man and oh....my....god. It is probably the best piece of horror cheese I have EVER seen. There's horrible acting and plot holes bigger than my head but the one liners are great. It's one of those golden movies that know it can't possibly be serious so it just throws any notion out the window. You gotta see it!

Guy to gingerbread man: "What the hell is that??"
Gingerbread man: "It sure as hell ain't the Pillsbury fucking dough boy!"

Ehehehehe, classic. Just one of many gems.

Then yay for beer! You can't be sad around beer...though I'm not a beer drinker. I prefer vodka and rum.

There have been quite a few but I remember Friday the 13th: II. Everytime there was nudity we'd shout out "boobies!!" I know BD used to do these movie nights that were the same concept except you'd post in a thread. I wonder whatever happened to those?

I think I've become hopelessly attached to it. It's like my favorite mistake. And if one day I looked up and it wasn't there between Silent Hill and April Fool's Day....I might cry.

I highly doubt you were. You seem smart enough to at least fake it
