About Me: I'm Steve, I'm vegan. Video Production and Photography are my thing. Love video games and reading. Resident evil is my favorite for both. The movies just sucked.
"If you want to spread your message, learn to be more congenial and persuasive, as opposed to defensive and inane"
You must have missed that latter part of my previous comment and completely misconstrued the remainder... I think it's great to be proud of your lifestyle, and expounding upon it in a thread is great, too... But without opposing views it wouldn't qualify as a debate and it would be a lackadaisical discussion without 'em... Being a pretentious prick is not the way to communicate the virtue of your lifestyle, man... Chill out, it's a forum, put on some thick skin and enjoy the ribbing, don't take it personally...
Philosophy is not your forte', so I'd steer clear of disseminating yours... I agree with vegetarianism, as a healthy alternative to the meat eating lifestyle, but I disagree with intrusiveness and invading one's territorial bubble... Just like religion, you want to push it on people, but when those with a tad of intelligence contests your way of thinking, you develop this hypersensitivity to the opposition... If you can't deal with the contentions, let your fellow vegans of a higher caliber and thicker skin tackle the debate/discussion... By the way, I practice vegetarianism, you are just really terrible engaging in debates... If you want to spread your message, learn to be more congenial and persuasive, as opposed to defensive and inane
Your eating habits impact my life none whatsoever, so your vain adjuring is of no concern to me, and neither is your thread... This comment went unnoticed, so please do not mistake my lack of brusque replies as mitigation... I've not eased up, only grown tired of your boring contentions that mean absolutely nothing and are not going to dissuade any meat eater on this site.. So piss off, ninny and just know that your lifestyle is a choice not an advertisement
I didn't bother reading it, i knew i'd get upset, and a lot of meat-eaters refuse point blank to listen to me talk about how cows milk contains pus from udders, and the likes; so i shant bother; i won't waste my time arguing on forums about something that someone who refuses to see won't even take in anyway
no, but i'd always thought about it.
Just stopping everything completely (i was a smoker before too), actually wasn't nearly as difficult as i thought it would be. How long have you been vegan?
Good for you!
I turned vegetarian a week before my 17th birthday, so it's been about 3 1/2 years for me now.
I would so love to be vegan, but I'm not that strong, yet.
The town I live in is so shitty and the one grocery store that we have only has a few frozen veggie burgers and nothing much else to choose from. And I am the biggest fan of cheese, it's so freaking delicious.
I work with a guy who is vegetarian and he goes shopping out of town at some place called Trader Joe's, or something like that, which I've never been to, and next pay check he's supposed to take me with him, so hopefully I can get a bigger variety of things. He's basically vegan, except he has a weakness for cheese, like myself.
It goes on for like two hours and is hella boring. the new dawn of the dead was better for a bunch of reasons. 1. zombies are better faster. i dont see how you can die when the zombies move one mile an hour. 2. better actos(sarah polley, ving rhames, ect.) 3. More entertaining. 4. cooler zombie kills(most of the kills were not done with CG. (Blood and Makeup). 5. The zombies looked more real. in the original DOTD the blood looked bright red and the zombies moved goofy. The ONLY good GAR film is Night of the Living Dead. And even that's not great. I dont get why he is so famous. Zach Snyder is better. GAR didnt create the zombie genre. he stole from other films like Last man on earth, invasion of the body snatchers, revolt of the zombies. GAR STINKS.

Just razzing ya buddy!
wouldn't this world be amazing without needless mass-murdering of living creatures?
