Gonna do some afternoon HIIT workouts outside this week to get a solid sweat going and stay acclimated to the heat. 90 degrees today up to 97 on Wednesday. Oy Vey  Been thinking about cutting to 215. I really like the way I am looking at 225.
It's going pretty well. Haven't lost focus, and i'm not overeating. My weigh in is tomorrow, so i'll see how much progress i've made.

I got a George Foreman grill and tweaked my diet as I try to gain more weight.

U.K is in the middle of a heatwave right now and we just dont have the air conditioning to deal with it. I'm sweating buckets so really need to keep hydrated. Makes gaining weight even more difficult

Welp these tires aren't going to flip themselves.
At least it's a cool 90 degrees out right now.

It's a hell of a workout. Yea it's for explosion and natural movements. We look at it like a player blocking or tackling by exploding and pushing the tire over. It's more of a natural movement for a football player then just doing clean's or snatch's with a bar full of weights.

Battle rope is no joke as well. You don't realize it but it is a full body workout and definitely helps with leaning out in my opinion.

We notice a huge change in our a players a few years back once we went to more of these type of workouts as opposed to just lifting and normal circuits.

Can't say I am going to miss these afternoon workouts  but football practice should be a breeze. At least its a little overcast today.

I think I'm gonna increase my workouts to 5-7 days a week as its therapy for me as well. Went for an early morning workout today and felt sick from breakfast.... Maybe my body just needs adjusting but I've never been a morning person, especially eating wise.
