I Know What You Did Last Summer 1997 (6.5/10) - First watched this on VHS at a sleepover when I was like 11 years old  It has some nostalgia value now but still no match for 80s slashers. There's some cool scenes and neat camerawork but it's still really dumb, especially the illogical scares.

Forgot Leonard from the Big Bang Theory was in this, nothing against him but it was kinda nice seeing a hook go through his head...

Fuck yeah!!!

I loved older Johnny Depp movies, but now I'm thinking of watching Nightmare on Elm Street again.

Baby Driver (2017)
Well done version of something average, but it's stays average.
Everything seemed so forced. Especially the whole music thing, which looked partially ripped off from Guardians Of The Galaxy.

The Mummy (2017)
I liked it until the plane crashes. After that it because a dull, average flick.

Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017)
Predictable and very meh...

Dave Made A Maze (2017)
Idea was ok but more suitable for an episode of some tv show than for an entire movie.

Wonder Woman (2017)
Typical superhero stuff with again nazis as bad guys.
Spoiler "The god of war shouldn't have a mustache!"

The House (2017)
I love Will Ferrell but this was weak. Movies like these only work with Adam McKay directing.
Otherwise they turn out like this, Daddy's Home or Get Hard.

MST3K: The Last Chase (1981/1989)....9/10

Lee Majors stars as a disgraced Racecar driver in a world where disease has wiped out most of the population and the ownership of automobiles has been outlawed, except for police-driven golf carts (which look about as silly as the Enforcer vehicles from Space Mutiny). Fed up after working 20 years as a spokesman for the mass transit system (portrayed here as a kind of fascist state), Majors pulls a John Wick and takes a sledgehammer to his basement floor. Except instead of guns, he's hidden the pieces of a suped-up Porsche.

After reassembling the racecar, he decides to travel cross country to California, where cars are still allowed for some unexplained reason. Along the way, he picks up an annoying teenage sidekick (shades of Troy and Rowsdower from The Final Sacrifice). Meanwhile, the eeeeeevil leader of the mass transit system decides that Majors and his Porsche are a threat to society so he hires a juiced Vietnam vet (Burgess Meredith) to take him out with an F-86 Sabre Jet. This leads to many fun scenes of Jet vs Porsche.

MST3K was always great at riffing post-apocalyptic movies and it's no different here. I hope that it gets an official release someday, along with the other KTMA episodes.
