Another vote for Jigsaw.
His foresight, ability to plan, ability to manipulate, plus ability to make the elaborate traps...everything just needs to be "just right" and he finds that sweet spot almost every time. As stated....he's dead and still manipulating people! |

Jigsaw, but my 2nd is Ghostface i find it amusing how he can keep hiding his identity in every film, & no one can never really clue in on it, even though we already see the person, we cant nail it in. My 3rd is Freddy, i guess hes smart cause in his world, he rules it, so you cant get over him.
