Default Victims in horror who you REALLY feel sorry for?

There seem to be a lot of horror films where you don't really feel anything for the person who is being killed, tortured, etc.
Does anyone know of any horror films where they actually cared/felt really sorry for the victim?

The ones that come to mind with me would be the two girls in Wolf Creek and Anna from Martyrs.

Feel free to also post the victims you couldn't care less about.

I feel sorry for anyone who wasted their time and/or money on Saw V.

*Spoilers if you've never seen the Halloween sequels*

I definitely feel sorry for the character of Jamie Lloyd in the Halloween series. Even being adopted and being given a new last name couldn't stop Michael from finding her. Then he kills off everyone she cares about and then she ends up having his baby before finally losing her own life.

Yeah I totally agree. Jamie was my favorite character in that stint without Laurie

Also, although she was kind of a bitch I felt bad for Joleigh Feorevanti's character in Hatchet. I loved her cuz she was so damn funny and well I just loved her and when she died I just felt so bad. Same thing with Marcus from Hatchet, when he died I felt really sorry. And just about the entire cast of Wrong Turn 2 none of them deserve to die except for the producer kid and Crystal Lowe. Especially the chick who gets the axe thrown into her head. She really didn't deserve it and I felt horrible when she died. and most recently I hated that Danielle Panabaker died in the Friday remake.

I can't remember her character's name, but the girl in the original Friday the 13th, the one that was hiking to Camp Crystal Lake to work as a cook. She was so gorgeous, and so nice, vibrant, and full of life, then the bitch-cunt Mrs. Vorhees comes along and slashes her throat.

Shes only onscreen for ten or fifteen minutes, but shes the only character in the entire series i ever cared about.

Felt quite sorry for the wheelchair guy aswell even though that kill was beautiful.

Couple from Eden Lake.

Deep Blue Sea main girl. She made the stupid move of jumping in but still felt a bit sorry for her.

Yeah, the girl from Deep Blue Sea. GOD! Don't know that i felt bad for her, but i would definitely rank that pretty high on my list of "most shocking deaths on film". I mean, she was the main character! And she got shared by two sharks!

I always felt really sorry for that one. Genuinely nice guy and he was just about to get some too.

Gotta say I feel sorry for Roger in Romero's Dawn of the Dead. He didn't seem like a fuckwit, was a dead-eye shot with a rifle, and Steven probably deserved to cop it ahead of anyone else at that point.

Hudson in Aliens deserved to live. Fuckin' A he did. His death wasn't bad-arsed enough as befitting a man of his stature. Pulled through the floor? For fuck's sake, that coulda happened to anyone...
