Underated Villains
Most of these guys will probably just be one-offs, as the movies they wreacked havoc in didnt have the dough (or desire) to continue on. So...?

Baron Vladimir Harkonnen in DUNE is a sick freak. Brad Dourif is a good sidekick for him as Mentat Piter DeVries (but not as impressive as he was in Exorcist III as The Gemini Killer).
