Comments:
I've always wanted to see the original film because I like Margot Kidder but I have never found it on dvd for a cheap price but I will have to buy it soon because I am really interested about it and in this remake that looks very good. Chloe Sevigny is an awesome actress and Im happy to see her in a horror film. That trailer shows a little too much. I read that this will be featured at the After Dark Film Festival. I'm really looking forward to this remake.

1973 version:

I recently watched the original and was pretty impressed by it. However, due to my impending move, and the inability to take everything... I could let this one go. For the price of your soul. That cheap enough?

Another remake I have no real interest in but will catch eventually. Maybe if the director had proven himself beforehand...

Douglas Buck has potential to be a great director. His Family Portraits American Trilogy is pretty intense. Specifically the cutting moments segment. He's also credited as a writer on Troma's Terror Firmer, and that movie is a right fucked up movie. Under Buck's control, this remake actually might be damn good.

I can't say anything good or bad about the director because I have never seen his work before. Besides the main reason I want to see this is Chloe Sevigny. By the way I dunno why in the B-D page for the film mentions Asia Argento in the cast and she is not even in the film and while I was watching the trailer I was asking myself "Where the hell is she!?"

It looks and sounds like what I expected it to be.... lackluster. If anything, Ill catch it at the After Dark film fest.
